Hi Cloe,

You have a nice room there to jam in...I adore the dreamy and sensitive nature of your voice - similar to that of Sara McLaughlin. Congrats on your first Indie CD!!! Yaaay. Your sound is angelic and atmospheric but be careful dipping through thouse breathy passages...I noticed you swim for your pitch when rising from your lows to your highs. Just a lil' something to work on...you're on the right track though!

Also, if you wouldn't mind, please watch your own video again...notice who you are at the end of the video, when you face the camera, smile, and engage your internet audience...don't wait till the end to bring that girl to us. Grab THAT young womanl and throw her into the song. Even if she's a sad girl in this tune...IOW convey the message of the song in your facial gestures and body language as well as your voice. Thanks for sharing your music with us :)

Your sound is great - by adding some personal character, the songs meaning will be revealed to us even if we don't know the words. Though you embrace the song with a singing style that is languid and sweet, it's difficult to make out what the lyrics are. Though over enunciating looks funny in the mirror it's a truly grand way to create the space in your mouth and throat to coo crisp and easily discerned vocal passages.

Last but not least, I feel this song has yet to come into its full potential as there doesn't seem to be a definitive hook or catch phrase that we all can join in and sing along with in order to feel your message. Alas, if I didn't think you had a wonderfully bright future I wouldn't write so much. I'd love to see you succed and will be watching as you climb the music biz ladder :) Good luck my friend and keep working hard.

Namaste,

Brian
