Topic: VoiceTone C1

Hi!
I have just bought Tc Helicon C1 and T1.. T1 works great, but I have a problem with the C1.

I used it with an acoustic guitar passing through it to guide the correction. Now.. It happened that in certain passages (always the same ones) the C1 "corrected" my voice in a completely wrong way, making me sound like an Arabic singer.. XD

It's like the pedal "thinks" that certain notes does not suit certain chords.. but I assure you that those notes are right! (the guitar was in tune, and, to be sure that the problem was not me going out of tune, another person tried it..)

How is it possible??

Hiya Junk,

Hmmm that does sound strange...

What song is it that's happening on? Have you tried setting it to a scale?

Either way, it's probably a good idea to get in touch with TC-Helicon's support team so they can troubleshoot with you to make sure you haven't gotten unlucky with a dodgey unit.

On the chorus, when I sing "off the ground" with the c1 on.. strange things happen big_smile

I didn't try setting it to a scale, but the fact is that I sold the Voicetone Correct to buy the C1 because I thought it was more precise having a guitar passing through it.. so it would make no sense using it in a different way..!

Anyway, I am going to write to the support team, thank you for the link!
