Topic: some problems with voice live 2

Good morning,
I have some problems with TC Helicon
VoiceLive 2. sad
Before to buy  VoiceLive 2 I used a laptop computer connected to the keyboard KORG PA 60 through a USB MIDI interface (MIDI M-Audio UNO).
After I bought voicelive 2:
Computer Interface USB MIDI IN
VoiceLive 2
MIDI IN
MIDI OUT free.
From VoiceLive 2 MIDI
TRU keyboard to MIDI IN.

It all works,but this is the problem:
when I go to change my song from the computer automatically changes the settings Vocelive 2, is the preset number is
the settings...
How can I do because this it does not happen, and that remains the setting I want?
Another problem: even if I save a new preset,  the settings of Harmony and Reverb are changed when I change song! How can I do?

What is your software?

Some midi tracks will send a program change unless you set them to avoid it.

I think you can set the VL2 to ignore program changes in the vl2 itself also.

Is that what's happening? You have it on program 30 and it will change to 1 when you load the software?

My software is karaoke 5 and the computer's operating system is windows!
Yes it is what happens...I don't know how to keep the same setting...

In the Setup menu under MIDI you can set it to ignore Program changes - that will do it.  Can't remember exactly but it's in the manual online, that's how I found it-
