I am brand new to this forum. I have a VoiceLive unit and am having some technical issues with it and wondered if there was a forum suitable for me to ask a question if others have experienced the same. I know customer service is probably the right place but it is after hours and other forums I have been on for music gear have forums where we all share our problems and fixes and sometimes tech support jump in and help.

Well congrats on your purchase, and yes you are in the right place for any issues that you may have with your purchase.
Post you question regarding your product in the correct section for your product, and you should get a reply reasonably quickly from either a knowledgeable user that has had the same or similar issue/question; or indeed a response during working hours from one of the TC-Helicon guys normally Craig.

Thanks shoxproduction for your reply. I have actually had the Voicelive Floor processor for years and had great use of it but the other day, it started acting strange. I have looked over the forums presented and it seems they are catering to TC's newer lines and not my older model which is the discontinued original Voicelive unit. Can anyone suggest the proper forum for me? Thanks
