Need help getting just the right reverb and efx settings.

I am having trouble finding the correct settings for the reverb and efx settings to make the voice works plus sound great.  I have found the preset effects to be a little to harsh or bland.  Does anyone have killer reverb and delay settings that sound great yet don't cover the harmonies to much.

please some of you studion guys who know what good reverb sounds like please help out a real reverb novice.

I have called support three times now and now one seems to know what I am asking for.
