Need to find a Representative and Sponsor

Hi, I have been looking around for information on where to find a sponsor and representative to get into the Guinness Book of World Records. This isn`t any kind of world record, I want to acheive the highest vocal pitch in the records.

I can go as high as a dog whistle... I would post a video, but advertising is not permitted.

I have been searching various resources to try and find both a representative and sponsor, but I don`t know where to go.

Can anyone help me?
