I'm looking for a vocal coach that does online lessons. I found this girl Amber Q in Los Angeles that teaches you to sing over Skype. Has anyone ever done this before? Has anyone ever taken her free vocal analysis? I'm kinda nervous to try it!! Lessons are like $45, is that reasonable?
Yes, her lessons were on sale just till yesterday (4 lessons for $29). You can check if the offer is still on then, check her out. If you are hesitant, try a free vocal evaluation with her. I tried one over skype. It was fine. She told me about all the strengths and weaknesses of my voice and what is done in a typical lesson.
There are lots of other coaches teaching over skype too. Google to find some.
Hi, I personally study with my Speech Level Singing instructors by SKYPE. I am an American living in Italy and it works really well. I also teach students that are at a distance by SKYPE, using WEB CAM, not just sound... Optimally, I think face to face lessons are great, but this is another option if distance is a problem!
