Topic: Trouble installing HarmonyG XT

I've got everything hooked up, lights are on, but the Harmony is not responding to my MIC (Shure Beta 87A)
I've tested the mic and cables by plugging them directly into my Line6 UX2 and they work fine.
If I swap out my Beta 87A for my SM57, then the Harmony works fine. My understanding was that it would provide phantom power, so the Beta 87A should work.
Am I missing a setting somewhere that tell it to turn on Phantom power?

Re: Trouble installing HarmonyG XT

Hiya msantarc,

You probably need to turn phantom power on if the SM57 is working without issues.

To do this - hold the manual and double buttons down together for 2 seconds. To turn phantom power off, follow the same procedure again.

Best wishes,

Joey

Thanks Joey, I don't know how I missed that in the manual, but I sure did.
