Topic: Voiceworks Plus Help (Newbie)

I need help please. I do not play an instrument or use a midi keyboard. I bought this hardware to have back up voices when i am singing. I use this on my computer with a USB plug from my mixer to the computer. Is the Voiceworks plus the best product for what I am doing? Second can I delete a pre-set from the factory because there are 40 presets or more that I cannot use. Also can I covert all the presets like notes and chord pre-sets to shift or chorus or something and be able to use all the banks? Don't mean to take a advantage of the forum but I really need someones help or I will have to return it for a refund. Also I am using a Behringer 2442 USB mixer and I notice the red light peaks red on most of my pre-sets. Also I am running the Left and Right out from the VLP to the line in on the mixer and the line in on the VLP to the Aux 1 input. Also there are some preseets on the voiceworks (not the plus) that I liked when I owned it. How can I get the preset instructions to add them to my Plus? I have called T.C. Helicon support 6 days in a row. I keep getting a voice message saying that I think Troy will call me. They have not called me once or followed up on me. I can see that I am not seeing a care about the customer attitude from their tecnical division and the receptionist who routes me to their office always says they are meetings. Terrible product support. However I have never had to call them for any of my previous products so I don't know if this is a one time occurence.

I sincerely thank the forum for helping me.

Thank You Thank You

Re: Voiceworks Plus Help (Newbie)

Need help. Bought a switch 3 for my voiceworks plus. My dogs destroyed the instructions. Is there a website I can go to retrieve it? Or can soneone tell me how to program the pedals. Thank you very much.
