Hiya onehawaiian,
Yes, you can purchase the Singles connect kit from any authorized TC-Helicon dealer.
Best wishes,
Joey
hi joey...
so yeah, i dont see any online, nor can i find any here locally with the autorized dealers.
and there is no link on your website on how to acquire this?
i was hoping sweetwater would carry it since i was thinking about getting the voicetone pedal bag, but the singels connect kit is not on their site either.
any help would be greatly appreciated :-)
Hiya onehawaiian,
I would definitely suggest contacting one of your local dealers or Sweetwater directly (phone or email)and asking them for the product. They should be able to supply this as they are authorized dealers.
Best wishes,
Joey

There ya go...it's a link to what you are looking for at a great price....
okay so the singles connect kit CANNOT power 3 voicelive pedals, even tho it claims to do so.
unless there is something that i need to do, i think tc helicon should look into this.
create xt - harmony gxt - synth
all i get are blinking lights.
anyone else getting this?
Hi onehawaiian,
The connect kit can connect up to four Singles, which is perhaps where you've misinterpreted the wording in the description. The Singles use far less current than the VoiceTone series (Harmony G-XT, Create XT, Synth etc.)
The blinking you're getting is completely normal. You're trying to draw current beyond what the adapter was designed for.
The connect kit ships with a 1 amp supply, so the combination of everything you have attached can't exceed that. Each of the mentioned VoiceTone units uses roughly 400ma of current, so 3x 400ma is 1.2A.
Sometimes, you can fudge things by connecting the power to one unit, wait 4-5 seconds, connect the next, wait 4-5 seconds and finally connect the last.
The "operating" current draw is slightly lower than the "startup" current draw, so you might be able to sneak in under the wire by letting each device power up before adding the next.
Cheers,
Craig
hi craig,
i appreciate your reply, but im pretty sure im not mistaken.
the product description, as well as the picture diagrams on the tc-helicon site AND the box all say it can power up to 4 singles, 3 voicetones, or a combination of a voicetone and single.

i understand the amp draw and whatnot.
just pointing out that perhaps tc-helicon should re-visit the product description to avoid dissatisfaction of customers who (like me) wanted to power my 3 vt pedals.
and i wanted to let others know as well that it cannot power the 3 vt pedals.
EDIT: i will try the "waiting" option and let each pedal power up b4 connecting the next, but that kinda seems like a hassle. BUT if it works i will ammend this post ![]()

Mom always told me to admit when I'm wrong. Thanks a lot Mom, now I have to do it! ![]()
You're totally right, the marketing materials are misleading. We tested today and you will get flashing lights, on some power adapters. I think it's right on the edge of manufacturing tolerances, so some have just enough current to power three when turned on all at once and some don't quite get there.
They do all properly power 3 units when you power them up one at a time.
Thanks for the feedback. We'll try and clarify the marketing stuff moving forward.
Cheers,
Craig
dude, you are the man.
powering them one at a time frickin worked!
sweet!
you boys at tc helicon are doing a great job!
as for the description/pic, maybe include your suggestion of powering them up one at a time to avoid misunderstandings/confusion.
you get a raise, dude. tell them i said to give you a raise.
