Topic: Delay Lead Level only partially effective.

Here's an odd one ... if I set Level on Delay to OFF, I still get delay. Maybe about half or 1/3 the volume of delay when Level is set ot 0dB, but definiately not "OFF". Lead Level works as expected, but not the (FX) Level parameter.

What am I missing? This has to be my screw-up, right?

Hiya Clint,

This doesn't sound right...

I'd definitely recommend getting in touch with TC-Helicon's support team about this one so they can help you with it:

Re: Delay Lead Level only partially effective.

This sounds like the situation that I'm experiencing.
Is this a malfunction or can it be remedied by an adjustment of some level?

I have already submitted this to tech support (beginning three days ago) and I'm still waiting for a straight answer. No solution has been offered, just "make sure you are using the current firmware," which has already been installed.

My 30 day return period is dwindling and may have already passed.
Can someone please reply with solid information?

Thanks.

I agree completely with you on this one Joey, this doesn't sound right at all.
But apparently it's perfectly normal and is how it was intended to operate.

Here's a link to another thread regarding this issue: http://voicecouncil.com/forum/topic/311 … el-to-off/

I'm perplexed that this is considered normal.
Set the delay to "off" and its still there loud and clear... that's normal?
