Hi,
1. when come new OS for VLT, not to have ever after switch on the aux volume from -20dB to off?
2. is it a difference if i use the one mono XLR or the stereo jack outs? what make better results?
if you use on a gig the stereo outs make you on the mixer panorama to L and R or both hannels in center?
3. will TCH make a VLT Extreme edition too?

1. We've got the aux issue in the database and it will definitely be worked into a future update. I can't give a specific date though, sorry 
2. A lot of house PA systems run in mono, for all sorts of reasons ranging from more power in bridged mono-mode to budget constraints for gear. The mono mode in our products makes sure that all harmonies/panned-effects get passed to the same channel so nothing is lost.
In a stereo environment, you'll notice that different voices are panned in different locations. That's great if the system you're playing through is stereo, but if it's in mono, you'd lose some stuff. In those cases setting things to mono mode makes sure everything you've designed into your presets is heard.
3. That's one that I don't know.

You don't have to worry about any pan changes. Everything just gets summed to mono automatically. If you try listening with headphones and switching between the two modes, you'll see what I mean.

sometimes when I sing, the VLT swith alone to a other preset - what can I do?
Is not a big problem, because it comes 1-2 pro gig, but it comes...
PS. ist the tone (compresor, eq) in the VLT so good like on the VL2/VL2 extreme/VLR?

They don't tell us why but tell that they can't give us exact date of release new firmware. I hope that they work on something absolutely magnificent... ;-)

I've been consistently prodding for updates and it's definitely something we can get faster/better at. We're smaller, in terms of people power, than a lot of people assume. We work on stuff as fast as we can while still making sure we don't break stuff in the past firmware while we move forward. We're expanding our staff soon, to deal with just this sort of thing, so I'm really hoping it can increase our frequency of updates.

I have wrote, that ever after swith on the VLT has aux set to –20dB – the answer was – it will be fix by the next OS update – so I’m waiting, not a problem.
But there are 2 other problems too – I use a user preset – ever after swith one and sing some tones it allone switch to the next preset – when I switch it back, there is OK and switch no mor to the next preset – is it a software bug?
One time as I have sing, there come no signal to the mixer (in the middle of a song 
) – the input lead blinked OK, but no signal from the outs – after restart it was back OK.

Are you using any midi devices, if you are you may find that you have a midi device sending codes to vlt and changing parameters and settings. you could try turning off midi receieve in the VLT and see if that helps.

no, I only use the VLT in the aux mode, with audio input from the player or keyboard.

Assuming your using Dynamic Mic, make sure that you have phantom power turned off, and Mic Control turned off also.
As a last resort, back up all your presets, and do a factory reset, and reload your presets back in, that can sometimes fix weird problems.

no it's a condensator, beyerdynamic tgx-930.
By the last gig it was OK - only - how ever, on beginning the gig the preset skiped to the next...

Just a thought, as its a condensor mic, i wonder whether some how it is behaving in extreme condition as the button on the MP-75 mic, as both use the phantom 48v, tc-helicon had an issue with a firmware on another of there products using condensor mic, where it would act like a MP-75 mic.
Have you tried lowering the gain on VLT, to see if that has any impact, failing that looks, like a email to tech-support.
Also, could be related to the length and quality of the MIC lead.
I don't think, the tech-support can help me. On the other site - the problems are not very big, so I can use the VLT without any bigger problems. I stil wait for the new OS, meyby it fix the bugs.

Hi the_boss81, I don't know if it helps but I saw this reply to another post about random patch changes and it sounded like it might be the problem you're having:
The patch changing thing sounds like you might be using a condenser and have mic control enabled. If you don't have the MP-75 with the control button, some odd things can happen via phantom power if mic-control is enabled. Give a quick check and see how your phantom/mic-control settings are configured.

It was set to Phantom: On - I have set of, later mic control and finally back to on, because it's a condenser mic - the preset switch came as usually... later as usually, but it switched... fortunately, how ever only 1 time - BR - Krzysztof
