Topic: VoiceWorks plug in aux mode for two voice ?

Hi
All is in the title is it possible to send two voice signal (from the aux send of a console) thru the line input of this rack and return it to the console. Because in the manual there's only few possibility with instrument plug on the line in.

Thanks for future answers

Hi Borrow,

The products are really meant for a single vocal input. You can certainly try something like sending more than one singer out an aux send at the board and see what results you get. I'd think that reverb/delay/tone/transducer/rhythmic would all work pretty darn well. The area you might have some issues would be on harmony and double effects.

It's certainly worth a try, but the devices aren't built with multiple singers in mind. There is only one signal path internally for vocals.

Cheers,
Craig

Hi Craig for for replies,

The thing is that i'm the lead singer, and the guitarist sing two songs. If i use harmony or doubler i'll use it alone. for the second voice it's only to use dynamic control, tone and reverb/delay or controlled thru the optional foot switch (one generic for my voice, one for his voice and doubler or harmony... on others...), it's a great deal in any case and if it doesn't work well the guitarist will buy is own or change poweramp tube wink
