throuble with recognizing harmony

I used keyboard yamaha psr 710 and some harmony wont not recognice for example on  G what can be throuble,And questions ttwo why is on the split point above and belove if i set  -D2 and D6 when i turn knob back is not similar what i say -D2 and D6 but difrent or -D2 or  D6 ?

On keyboard is all MIDI settings all corect .
