I've made my purchase of VoiceLive Touch, and finally received it after a huge delay last week. I've gone over the user manual (which does not even display the functionality for newer firmwares) - and still having firmware problems related to main functionality of the device.

However, my main issue is: the suport. I've messaged, emailed, forum-asked my main issues through different support channels (including this forum) to helicon, and only get one reply back, which is not even suggesting a solution to ANY of my questions ! A manual link ?! Thank you, I've read it more than twice, and still do not have the functionality I SHOULD have. At least, read my questions next time before sending me manual links.

Now, I am extremely angry and feeling "ripped off". This could be a great tool of performance instead of my latest headache.

If, in any way, ANY of you read this message, I do need an answer here, support people. You have my bad impression on you, and believe me I will not keep my mouth shot about those issues.
