New Voicelive touch not saving settings

Hi,

I am saving settings to FAVORITES bank A #1 and #5. The next time I boot up, the settings are not there. Sometimes if I leave it on for a while, or reboot, they come back.

Also it won't seem to save the HARMONIES (i.e. high and higher) if the HARMONY button is not active. I want to save the harmony parts but not have them active right away when the favorite is selected. Is this normal?

Any ideas?
