VL Play presets

I'd like to see the parameters listed so that existing customers could reproduce the cumulative effects on higher-end Voicelive products capable of doing so, manually at the very least. I was able to adapt a few choice Create XL presets to the VL2 this way.

why it's not possible to extract parameters automatically by engineers?

If a customer have to do it .. it means to have both and beeing interested to transfer the presets... but  a customer only owing VLP why had to do that.

No, we don't have a broken out list of the parameter settings used in Play or GTX.

That's not something we've done with any of our products, as far as I know. We list the styles available in the manual, depending on the device, but not the specific preset settings.

Well to be honest a competitor could simply acquire any TC unit and read the settings, so I would think that this would not be a primary concern. The way I see it, there's absolutely no way releasing preset settings would cannibalize sales of the Play line as it would only be possible to dial these settings into higher-end products like the VL2 and rack units. To my mind this would merely provide added value to these higher-end units and serve to enforce the loyalty of TC's existing customers. I was able to use the detailed presets documentation provided for Create XT to figure out a few of those settings for my VL2, it was this kind of summary PDF I was wondering about for the Play presets.
