Hi
I received my Voice-Live Rack 5 minutes ago. I'm looking the display:it seems to me like divided in two. In other words there is a "vertical line" without dots on the display right side.
Is it regular or a defect?

Hi I return back in the shop and I compare my gig with another one. I received the confirmation that the display was defective. A complete row was without dots.
System has been replaced.
I wander how is it possible to pass the test with a such and evident display problem.

Hi Pedro,

Yeah that is surprising. Each unit is bench tested before leaving the factory. Perhaps it was somehow damaged during shipping. Glad to see that you got a new one so quickly.
