Topic: Looping/Auto Key

Hey all, is it possible to have the looping feature as well as the Key auto detect feature on at the same time? I know they are both activated in the Shortcut section, so I was wondering if there is a way to use them both or if I'm stuck choosing between each one? Thanks!

Hi louriec,

NaturalPlay can be configured to listen to guitar or MIDI input at all times. I think perhaps you're confusing the wording on the screen with the Shortcut function. Auto detection of the key happens via guitar or MIDI input, whereas the Shortcut button can be configured to access the Set Key screen.

So, yes, if you assign Looping to the Shortcut button, you can still set Global NaturalPlay to whatever you'd like in the Setup/System Menu.
