As the manual does not mention this, i would assume that it would be done through the voicesupport software.

As with the vlt I have all the factory presets saved and named as 'FACTORY PRESETS', that can be put back if needed, or just put back a single preset if needed.

Heya,

You can do it via VoiceSupport or you can press/hold the two small "arrow" buttons next to the Control Knob during startup. Full factory reset is achieved by press/hold "Back" and "Store" during startup.
