Pardon my ignorance but what is mend by the phrase Detune??

I have figured out "WET"and "DRY"

Hi Jimo,
I'm assuming you a referring to the hardtune or autotune vocal effect on the Voicelive Touch which fluctuates your voice up and down, shifting the pitch in relation to the notes you are singing?  Some popular songs that use this effect are;

Cher---Believe
Kanye West---Heartless
Black Eyed Peas---I Gotta Feeling

You can find the Hardtune effect in the FX menu of your VLT.

or in doubling - a slight 'detuning' combined with panning helps a vocal seem larger - much like double-tracking back in the day happened, with the tape-speed slightly off for a double or triple take...

It's one of many ways to 'thicken' a voice...
