Topic: Missing function: Intelligent Anti-Feedback

I know there is a lot of nearly everything in the voicelive play, but there are things missing.

e.g. the Intelligent Anti-Feedback from the Correct XT

Is it possible to add this by a future software update?

Heya Sound Zero,

Unfortunately, no. The Anti-Feedback processing is only available in the CorrectXT (you'll notice it's not even in VoiceLive 2/Rack/Touch etc.) due to the huge amount of processing needed to "find" and  eliminate feedback. It takes a lot to determine if a particular sound is actually feedback or an instrument, vocal etc. so it takes up an entire core of our dual-core DSP.

It would be amazing to incorporate it into every product, but the hardware just won't allow it. We're always looking to beef up the tech under the hood, so who knows what the future will hold!
