Topic: VoiceWorks: midi control - tap tempo

I am considering getting a VoiceWorks as my vocal effets processor for live and studio use. I have reasons for not wanting to get the voice live.

It is a requirement that I can use a midi foot controller to tap in the tempo setting for delay. Is this possible and how would you do it? The box clearly supports setting the delay rate via midi CC but it is unclear if it is possible to do this with a tap controller. Has anyone done this?

I am also considering using as the F1010 foot controller.

VoiceWorks and VoiceWorksPlus don't have provision for setting delay time with a footswitch. On both units, tapping the delay time is done from the front panel. VoiceTone Create does have a Tap delay feature via footswitch however.
