Hi Rychemaiden,
No, I was taught that technique by Craig, my chiro. Unless, it was coincidental that the technique was posted here before I was a member. I know there were posts regarding the "hyoid", recently, but not aimed specifically with the technique that I sent you, regarding "clearing" the eustacian tubes.
I also know that Jamie offers some excellent advice in RYV (2nd edition), regarding sinus problems (beginning on page 169), Chapter 13, as well as some "remedies" for other common problems. But this technique was taught to me by my chiro several weeks ago. But this is why I suggest RYV to everyone I know - it's a VERY comprehensive book. It's my second "bible", so to speak. Sorry, Jamie- as much as I use RYV, it still comes in second, if you know what I mean...
I'm still trying to figure out how to "post" this technique for others who may have the same difficulties. Were you able to figure it out the way I described it ? If so, then I will post it the same way. It worked so well for me ! But you know how hard it was to describe it when I sent it to you... But I think I'll do the best I can, and the post some links regarding the second part of the technique, which involves the hyoid bone.
Were you able to locate the links, or were the ones I attached of any help to you ? I hope so - I did my best
Yes, by all means, try it. And I hope it works as well for you as it did for me. Also, if you are using any ear drops, herbal (as I do), or otherwise, make sure you don't use them too long, or it will cause further complications. And if you do use them, make sure you flush out your ears with an ear syringe. I hope you begin to feel better, too....
Let me know how it works for you.... If you find that you need it described better, you know you can contact me whenever you wish....:)
