Topic: TC Helicon Voice Works : freezing/locking

Hi and thank you.  Its new. After around 40 minutes the LED display goes redline and no button on it does anything at this point except the power button.  When I turn it back on, no signal passes through.  I have to go to setup, and scroll through. Every time I do, I find the panning is placed hard right, the output volume is down to -80dbu and I have to reset these in order for it to work or pass sound again.  Then it freezes again after a while but much shorter in time than 40 minutes. This continues to happen all night long on the gig.  If I'm at home and turn it on and just leave it on, it doesn't do this. Can I fix this?

i was houping to se a solution here, since i have the same problem but with my vioceworks it happens after only 1 or 2 minutes.
neve1064 if you know a soluton plase share the solution.

sorry i forgot to say that i use it in my home studio but it just freezes.
