Keeping Fit?

This week we’re finding out about the fitness routine that supports your singing!

Keeping yourself in peak physical condition is a very important part of the mix when you’re a vocalist. Whether you regularly run, play a specific sport or perhaps have a different exercise routine, we’d love to know what you do to keep in shape…

So the question is: “What do you do to keep fit as a performer?”

We’d love to hear what you think on FaceBook and our Forum!

Great Comments from Last Week:

Last week I asked, “If you had the opportunity to change something about the music industry, what would it be?”

Tony Carpenter posted this response to the question on our Facebook wall:

“Promote more live performing again. It’s what sorts out the real from the fake. Too much trash out there.”

Thanks for all your responses last week. We love hearing what you have to say, so don’t forget to join in this week too!

Run. It builds up the wind and keeps me in good shape so I look good on stage as well as sound good.

Running, strength training… I’ve been very into Crossfit over the past few years. Can easily scale up or down depending on age, gender, current fitness level, or desired results.
