Pat Meruseye – Lime Tree cover

Pat Meruseye…sensitive, powerful – a dynamic voice. The 26 years old singer-songwriter from Germany is a gifted storyteller who writes pop songs with a raw edge and a touch of sweet melancholy. His music perfectly fuses folk with different acoustic pop elements. Inspired by a broad range of artists from the 60’s and 70’s like The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel and today’s bands like Fleet Foxes, Counting Crows, Silverchair and Iron & Wine, his songs and melodies are captivating – sometimes simple, sometimes intricate; but always touching. Currently working on his debut album Pat has already received a lot of attention and amazing reactions through youtube. Altogether this makes Pat Meruseye a pure and honest performer whose journey as an artist/musician has just begun.

    Hi Pat,

I felt as though your performance was truly heart felt.  Your voice uis shakey in spots but it kind of adds to the pain in the lyrics of the song.  Your guitar sounds great.  Good job on belting it out near the end.  Work on your power core (center) and breathing.  That’s all you need to give your voice the strength it needs to quietly or loud without breaking up.  Good job Pat; I look forward to your next submission!

    Namaste,

    Brian

Pat Meruseye, very nice style. The next step is to take it to an open mic and play before a live audience. Do this over and over again until you become comfortable enough to connect with the audience. You’ve got the talent, now go out and give it to us live.
