VoiceCouncil respects your right to privacy, and we believe any information you provide to us should be protected from disclosure to others. We have prepared this Statement of Privacy to inform you as to how we gather information on our web site, how we manage and safeguard your information, to whom we distribute this information, and under what circumstances the information is distributed.

Collection of Personal Information
In general, you can visit the VoiceCouncil web site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, certain pages on our web site request personal information from you, such as if you register for our newsletter, add your profile to our instructor directory, register for a workshop, or request information about our products. The requested information typically includes contact information such as name, address, telephone number and email address. Revealing personal information is completely voluntary and the user therefore has the choice whether or not to disclose this information.

Use of Personal Information
The personal information that you reveal will be used to fulfill your request. In addition, VoiceCouncil may use this information to send you newsletters or information on VoiceCouncil events and news. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Opt-out section. Additionally, VoiceCouncil will ask if they want their personal VoiceCouncil information be forwarded to its sponsors including TC-Helicon. If this option is declined, the personal information will not be shared. If this option is selected, then personal information will be shared with that sponsore.

Opt-out
Users who no longer wish to receive communications from VoiceCouncil may opt-out of receiving these communications by replying with “unsubscribe” in the subject line of the email. Users may also opt-out of these communications by sending an email to info@voicecouncil.com specifying that you no longer want to receive communications from VoiceCouncil.
