I want to say to you that I used to be a STUTTERER !! this is why VOICE and EXPRESSING THROUGH ARTS is so important for me !! I focus a lot about how my speaking voice, singing voice are !! BUT now I am happy because thanks to a special work on my body , thanks to the singing method i have been working , i recovered a fluidity !!

I just want to share here a WORD !!
This word is COMFORT !! I had several singing teachers; coache , and I understood several things : Vocalises are not meant to be Beautiful or Nice !! Vocalises are meant to train and build the singing process !! to develop good habits !!
I think one of the most important thing is , to feel COMFORT when vocalising , when singing on the stage !!
